Group Manager – Client Services

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Group Manager – Client Services to lead and expand its Consumer Retail Logistics (CRL) business across APAC and global markets. The role will drive growth among CPG, retail and logistics clients, shape deal structures and deliver end‑to‑end solutions leveraging deep domain expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Grow Infosys’s footprint with global CPG, retail and logistics clients in the APAC region.
• Design and build deal constructs and solution offerings for large‑scale, cross‑border engagements.
• Leverage personal network to source new leads, open accounts and convert opportunities into wins.
• Manage senior client relationships independently, including commercial, procurement and business leadership contacts.
• Develop and execute account strategies, maintain sales pipelines and oversee proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in client services or sales within the consumer‑retail‑logistics sector.
• Strong track record of winning and managing large, strategic deals in APAC.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior‑level commercial and procurement teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence cross‑functional teams.
