Group Procurement & Supply Chain Senior Executive

About the role

The Group Procurement & Supply Chain Senior Executive supports sourcing and purchasing activities across Karim Group’s diverse businesses. The focus is on food & beverage procurement, supplier management, cost control and inventory coordination, while also assisting with non‑food sourcing and outlet opening projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source food, beverage, packaging and operational supplies; obtain quotations, compare pricing and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
• Create and manage purchase orders in NetSuite, track deliveries and resolve supply issues such as shortages or damages.
• Support supplier onboarding, monitor performance on quality, price and delivery, and assist with commercial negotiations.
• Work with operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, plan stock and minimise waste.
• Assist with non‑food procurement for equipment, furniture, fixtures and project‑related purchases for outlet openings and renovations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Hospitality or related field.
• 2‑5 years of procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality or multi‑outlet operations.
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
