Growth and Partnerships Manager

About the role

EVOLV Communications Ltd, a public communications agency supporting Singapore Government agencies, is seeking a proactive Growth and Partnerships Manager to strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver integrated communications projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned government agencies and strategic partners, building trusted long‑term relationships.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across government bodies, production houses, technology providers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and pitch documents to win new business.
• Manage projects from briefing through delivery, coordinating with creative, production and external vendors while ensuring scope, timeline and budget compliance.
• Prepare project budgets, monitor invoicing and payment status in collaboration with Finance.
• Provide strategic communications advice, recommending approaches across video, digital, social media, branding and emerging AI technologies.
• Collaborate internally with Creative, Production, Strategy and Finance teams, maintaining accurate project documentation and CRM records.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, business development, partnerships or integrated communications.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver communication projects.
• Experience working with government agencies or public‑sector clients is an advantage.
