Growth Marketing Manager – APAC

About the role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive acquisition, engagement and brand awareness across APAC. This role combines hands‑on performance marketing expertise with strong commercial judgment and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute full‑funnel campaigns across paid social, search and other digital channels.
• Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities and adjust spend to improve results.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, experiments and reporting against growth targets.
• Use campaign, cohort and funnel data to make recommendations for different APAC markets.
• Partner with product marketing, analytics, creative, research and agency teams to launch campaigns.
• Apply AI tools to analysis, experimentation, creative prototyping and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders across APAC and other regions.

Required profile

• 8+ years in growth, performance or digital marketing, focusing on acquisition or engagement.
• Strong experience with campaign optimisation, A/B testing, attribution and marketing measurement.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience delivering campaigns across multiple markets and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong project‑management skills and a practical, hands‑on approach.
• Experience using AI tools in day‑to‑day marketing work.
