Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to lead user research, localization, and launch‑phase marketing for our international products. The role blends strategic market insight with hands‑on campaign execution to drive acquisition and growth across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive research into international markets, map user personas, and adapt product copy and UI to local cultural and religious nuances.
• Define and execute growth campaigns for different product stages, leveraging organic loops, viral mechanics, and low‑budget tactics for zero‑to‑one launches.
• Monitor acquisition funnels, track performance data, and ensure compliance with app‑store guidelines, copyright laws, and regional regulations.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in global growth marketing or product operations, preferably in social, AI, or pan‑entertainment tech.
• Proven track record of taking a product from zero to one.
• Strong aesthetic judgment, internet‑culture awareness, and excellent copywriting/storytelling abilities.
• Existing relationships with local media or KOL/influencer networks are a plus.
• Analytical, metric‑driven mindset with the ability to optimise acquisition funnels.
• Fully bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to collaborate with cross‑regional teams.
