Growth Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven, customer‑focused Growth Operations Manager to lead our digital content operations across websites and mini‑programs. The role oversees content accuracy, conversion optimisation and alignment with resort business objectives while acting as the final content gatekeeper.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a data‑driven CRO and growth marketing strategy, analysing user behaviour, heatmaps and conversion funnels to recommend and implement content enhancements that boost engagement and revenue.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Content Operations Executives, establishing governance frameworks, SOPs and QA processes to ensure high‑quality publishing across multiple business units.
• Serve as the central website project manager for major resort campaigns, coordinating branding, marketing, hotel and attraction stakeholders to deliver timely, high‑quality digital launches.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Content Operations, Growth Operations or Web Product Operations, with at least 1–2 years of people‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation, customer‑journey optimisation and digital merchandising principles.

Required skills

• Enterprise Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Sitecore.
• WeChat and Alipay Mini‑Program platforms.
• Analytics and testing tools: GA4, Microsoft Clarity, A/B testing platforms, heat‑mapping and customer‑behaviour analytics tools.
