Growth Strategy Intern (ASEAN, Korea, ANZ Region)

About the role

GE HealthCare is looking for a highly motivated intern to join its small regional strategy team covering the ASEAN, Korea and ANZ (AKA) region. The internship lasts a minimum of 3 months and is based in Singapore. You will work alongside experienced colleagues on growth projects and long-term strategic planning, seeing the full arc of a project from framing the question to presenting the recommendation.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to growth projects and strategic planning across the region, including market sizing, competitive intelligence, planning inputs and business case development for new opportunities.
• Support regional pricing strategy by analysing price performance and realization, benchmarking pricing across markets and helping build recommendations that balance growth and margin.
• Investigate open-ended business questions such as market dynamics, customer behaviour and unmet needs, partnering with internal teams to keep commercial market metrics accurate and consistent.
• Identify and prototype GenAI applications to automate recurring analysis, reporting and document production, and help turn successful pilots into repeatable workflows.
• Work with regional and country leadership to prepare executive-ready materials for leadership forums and staff meetings.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Healthcare or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills, comfortable working with large, imperfect datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in diverse, high-performing teams.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and a willingness to experiment with new tools.
