Growth Strategy Manager (Madrid)

About the role

Fever is the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, aiming to democratise access to experiences worldwide. As a Growth Strategy Manager based in Madrid, you will shape and execute growth initiatives that drive performance across multiple business units and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance overall company performance across different business units.
• Own full responsibility for decisions taken by the growth team in your business line.
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics.
• Implement end‑to‑end solutions and high‑impact projects.
• Collaborate with teams across up to 40 countries in a large international environment.
• Report directly to the global growth direction.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in an analytics or business role.
• Proven ability to build trust and lead teams or key projects.
• Engineering bachelor’s (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, Aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy.
• Data‑driven mindset that brings numbers to strategic decisions.
• Native or bilingual English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency strongly preferred.
• Proactive problem‑solver and opportunity seeker.
• Experience with the Chinese consumer market and platforms such as WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu.
• Interest in developing a career at Fever and working from Madrid.
