Guest Relations Executive – Front Office

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive is a key member of the Front Office team at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, responsible for delivering exceptional service from arrival through departure. The role involves welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring a personalized, luxury experience that aligns with Four Seasons standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, following Four Seasons procedures.
• Handle all guest interactions with professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and events.
• Respond to guest requests promptly, both in person and by phone.
• Resolve guest complaints and identify opportunities to personalize service.
• Report complex issues to the Duty Manager for follow‑up.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of relevant experience within Four Seasons or another top luxury hotel group (preferred).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workload under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Curiosity and interest in the luxury market, with a guest‑centric mindset.
• Open to Singaporeans only due to work‑visa restrictions.
