About the role

We are looking for a proactive Guest Relations Executive to enhance the dining experience at our restaurant. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling feedback, reservations and special requests with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.

Key responsibilities

  • Actively listen to guest feedback, both positive and negative, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor, creating a memorable dining experience for all guests.
  • Collect and analyze guest feedback through surveys, online reviews, and direct interactions.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions to improve guest satisfaction.
  • Share guest feedback with relevant departments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and VIPs, recognizing and rewarding their loyalty.
  • Handle guest reservations and special requests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop guest loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist with restaurant operations, including seating guests, managing waitlists, and monitoring service standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Required profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with reservation systems.
  • Experience using CRM software.
