About the role
The Guest Relations Supervisor ensures every guest receives a warm welcome and a memorable dining experience. This role combines front‑of‑house leadership with hands‑on service to uphold the venue’s professional image.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers, maintaining high personal grooming standards.
- Build rapport with guests, understand their needs, and manage expectations.
- Respond to enquiries, propose menu options, prepare quotations, and coordinate events.
- Upsell menu items professionally and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Handle complaints promptly and execute first‑level service recovery.
- Train and mentor the Leading Hostess to deliver exceptional service.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
Required profile
- Professional appearance and strong grooming standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and manage guest expectations.
- Problem‑solving mindset for handling complaints.
- Leadership qualities to train and guide junior staff.
