Guest Services Officer (Airport)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Guest Services Officer to join our airport team. The role involves welcoming arriving guests, providing them with detailed travel briefings and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival at the airport and brief them on their travel itinerary, including accommodation, transportation, and activities.
• Coordinate with operations and transport providers to guarantee timely vehicle arrivals and seamless guest transfers.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and proactively assist guests throughout their journey.
• Resolve guest concerns and operational issues using strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all guest interactions, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced airport environment while meeting operational deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or the travel industry is advantageous.
• Service‑oriented with a passion for aviation and travel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable interacting with diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and as an effective team player.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to go the extra mile for guests and stakeholders.
• Calm and composed under pressure with good conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
