Front Office Executive

About the role

The Front Office Executive is responsible for delivering seamless guest experiences at the hotel front desk, handling check‑ins, check‑outs and guest inquiries while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Executes all duties related to the hotel’s front office operations, including guest registration at check‑in, verification of guest details, updating room status and handling departure calls.
• Performs cashiering functions such as calculating rates, collecting payments, preparing trial balances and closing shifts.
• Responds to guest inquiries via email, phone or at the counter and provides assistance in line with hospitality standards.
• May conduct room checks, manage reservations and inspect public areas as part of cross‑training initiatives.
• Follows instructions from management to ensure smooth hotel operations and participates in sustainability and inclusion initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• At least two years of experience in hotel front‑office operations preferred; candidates without experience may be considered for on‑the‑job training.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
