About the role

The Head Chef leads all culinary operations at our restaurant, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and creativity. This role combines hands‑on cooking with strategic management of the kitchen team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all menu items from start to finish.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and, when necessary, dismiss kitchen staff.
• Maintain strict health, safety, and food‑handling standards.
• Develop new recipes and continuously innovate the menu.
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and ensure efficient kitchen workflow.

Required profile

• Strong stamina and ability to work long, physically demanding hours.
• Extensive knowledge of food products, ingredients, and seasonal availability.
• Excellent organizational, supervisory, and time‑management abilities.
• Passion for cooking, creativity, and a commitment to culinary excellence.
