Head Chef – Vietnamese/Western Cuisine

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, delivering authentic Vietnamese and Western dishes in a fast‑paced restaurant environment in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee food preparation, ensure high culinary standards, and manage the kitchen team to provide a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
• Allocate duties, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and place orders for supplies.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and housekeeping standards throughout the kitchen.
• Store, prepare, and present food safely and hygienically.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and wholesale buyers.
• Work night shifts, split shifts, and occasional weekends or extra hours as required.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience in a restaurant kitchen, preferably with Vietnamese or Western cuisine.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night and weekend shifts.
