Head of AI - Enterprise Fintech

About the role

Cygnify is partnering with a leading fintech company to hire an experienced Head of Artificial Intelligence in Singapore. This client-facing leadership role drives AI adoption and shapes AI transformation strategies for enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives. The role works closely with sales, presales, product and engineering teams to design AI-led solutions, build go-to-market strategies and win strategic opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as executive AI advisor to enterprise customers, defining their AI vision, transformation roadmap and business strategy, and lead discovery workshops, executive briefings and innovation sessions.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to drive revenue through AI consulting and solution selling, and lead the presales lifecycle from qualification to proposals and demos.
• Develop AI use cases, business cases, proof-of-concepts and value-realization frameworks, and support RFPs, RFIs and large enterprise bids.
• Design enterprise AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, conversational AI and intelligent automation, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams.
• Build go-to-market strategies for priority industries such as financial services and fintech, and represent the organization at industry events as an AI thought leader.
• Mentor internal sales, consulting and delivery teams on AI trends and solution positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, consulting, solution architecture or AI leadership.
• Proven success in client-facing AI consulting, presales, solution engineering or technology advisory roles.
• Demonstrated experience engaging C-suite executives and supporting enterprise sales and revenue growth.
• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, fintech or enterprise technology is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, NLP and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
• Preferred: background in AI consulting, technology advisory or professional services, and experience building AI Centers of Excellence.
