Head of Front Office (Global Treasury)

About the role

Bitdeer is seeking a senior leader to head its Global Treasury Front Office. The role will drive the execution of treasury strategies across foreign exchange, liquidity, banking, and trade finance, working closely with the Treasurer and multiple internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise‑wide FX risk management and hedging programs.
• Monitor FX exposures and hedge effectiveness across all business units.
• Design and manage global liquidity structures, optimizing cash positions and investment returns.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for global banking partners, negotiate facilities and assess counter‑party credit risk.
• Lead trade and project financing activities, including issuance of letters of credit, guarantees, and structured financing solutions.
• Oversee Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation, integration with ERP and banking platforms, and automation of treasury processes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate treasury, preferably in a global, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
• Proven ability to lead front‑office treasury functions and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong governance and compliance mindset, with experience partnering with finance, tax, legal, and external institutions.
