Head of Operations – Singapore Region

About the role

The Head of Operations for the Singapore region will lead end‑to‑end travel operations, ensuring seamless booking, ticketing and service delivery for our B2B partners across ASEAN. Reporting to the General Manager & Managing Director, this senior leader will drive operational excellence while supporting regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational functions in Singapore, including booking processes, documentation, ticketing and service delivery.
• Lead, coach and manage regional operations teams to maintain productivity and high service standards.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve SOPs, workflows and service standards in line with headquarters.
• Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs and ground service providers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Monitor operational costs, margins and performance indicators to support profitability.
• Act as the primary liaison between regional offices and headquarters, aligning strategies and processes.
• Identify operational risks, manage escalations and implement efficiency solutions.
• Support market expansion by establishing operational frameworks for new markets.
• Prepare and submit operational, performance and regional business reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7–8 years of relevant experience in travel operations, preferably within a B2B travel wholesaler.
