Head of Production Line (NEXBTL/HPU) – Renewable Refining

About the role

As Head of Production Line (NEXBTL/HPU) you will lead the core operations of Neste’s Singapore Renewable Refining facility, ensuring safe, reliable and profitable production of renewable diesel, sustainable aviation fuel and hydrogen. You will work closely with internal teams, auditors, authorities and external partners to meet strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the NEXBTL/HPU production line and hydrogen unit to achieve safety, reliability and profitability targets.
• Ensure full compliance with global and local regulatory requirements.
• Develop and nurture an inclusive, high‑engagement culture within the production line leadership team.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance refinery profitability, safety and operational excellence.
• Optimize asset utilization and reliability to boost overall refinery performance.
• Oversee the production line P&L, implement cost‑efficiency measures and monitor performance against clear KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, auditors, contractors, partners and customers.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in refinery or large‑scale process plant operations.
• Deep knowledge of renewable fuels (NEXBTL, HVO) and hydrogen production technologies.
• Strong track record of delivering safety, reliability and financial performance.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and foster talent development and succession planning.
