Head of Real Assets - APAC

About the role

IQ-EQ, a global investor services group with deep expertise in private markets, is looking for a Head of Real Assets - APAC. The role leads and grows the real estate and infrastructure business across the Asia-Pacific region, driving revenue growth and strategic client relationships. It acts as the regional market leader, working closely with local offices and the Global Head of Real Assets to adapt the global strategy to APAC market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the APAC Real Assets business plan and lead business development across real estate, infrastructure and private capital markets
• Manage the regional sales pipeline, convert strategic opportunities, support RFPs and client pitches, and coordinate pricing and commercial negotiations
• Build and oversee strategic client plans, maintain priority relationships and resolve complex client matters to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Represent IQ-EQ at industry events, identify market trends and regulatory developments, and partner with product and operations teams
• Foster collaboration across APAC offices, build a network of real assets professionals and drive cross-selling, cross-border referrals and thought leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a professional qualification such as RICS, CA, CPA or CFA is highly desirable
• 10+ years of experience in Big 4 firms, fund administration, corporate services, asset management, real estate, infrastructure or related sectors
• Strong network in the APAC real assets market and a proven track record in business development and client relationship management
• Deep expertise in real estate, infrastructure, alternative investments and complex fund structures
• Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence key decision-makers
