Head of Subscription & Loyalty

About the role

As the Head of Subscription & Loyalty you will drive the growth and performance of foodpanda's subscription program across more than 10 markets in Europe and APAC. You will combine analytical insight with hands‑on execution to shape the value proposition and deliver sustainable subscriber and financial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own subscription performance metrics, including subscriber growth, retention, GMV penetration and P&L outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, setting priorities and ensuring strong execution.
• Define and implement market‑specific growth strategies, aligning priorities across regions.
• Identify, test, and scale high‑impact initiatives through rigorous analysis and experimentation.
• Translate customer insights into product and commercial improvements.
• Partner with Product, Pricing, Commercial, Marketing, Quick Commerce and local teams to deliver end‑to‑end growth initiatives.
• Establish success metrics, monitor performance and communicate actionable insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, strategy, high‑growth technology, investment banking or FMCG.
• Proven experience in subscriptions, loyalty programmes or consumer growth is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership ability, developing high‑performing teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional first‑principles problem‑solver with strong commercial and analytical foundation.
• Bias for action and ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
