Healthcare Technology Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a clinically‑experienced, customer‑focused Healthcare Technology Specialist to support the adoption of advanced imaging solutions. The role involves delivering product demonstrations, training healthcare professionals, and providing ongoing clinical guidance to ensure optimal use of diagnostic technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical demonstrations and showcase imaging solutions during customer visits, evaluations, and training sessions.
• Provide comprehensive user training on system operation, clinical workflows, imaging techniques and best practices.
• Support customer evaluations, clinical assessments and implementation of new imaging technologies.
• Offer clinical guidance to optimise examination techniques, workflow efficiency and imaging performance.
• Develop and share application knowledge, clinical insights and best‑practice documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, sonographers and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary clinical point of contact for application‑related enquiries and ongoing user support.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and business teams for product demonstrations, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.
• Prepare clinical presentations, training materials and demonstration content for customer engagement.

Required profile

• Clinical background with hands‑on experience in medical imaging or related healthcare settings.
• Strong customer‑orientation and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel for regional customer visits and professional events.

Required skills

• Knowledge of imaging modalities and diagnostic workflows.
• Experience delivering clinical training and product demonstrations.
• Ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot imaging equipment.
