About the role
We are looking for a motivated Helpdesk Engineer to provide technical support and resolve IT issues efficiently. The role involves assisting users with hardware and software problems, password resets, and system maintenance in an office environment in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Provide timely solutions for IT problems via phone, email, or in‑person.
- Assist with password resets and access management.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Document support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members for complex issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
