HNW Insurance Operations Support, Associate (12-Month Contract)

About the role

A growing high-net-worth insurance operations team in Singapore is looking for an operations professional to support high-net-worth insurance and investment-linked products within a leading international financial services institution. The role offers exposure to policy administration, investment operations, regulatory reporting and stakeholder management, working with internal and external partners across the wealth ecosystem. It is a 12-month temporary contract, paid SG$4,500 to SG$5,000 per month, with work from home or hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational administration and case handling for high-net-worth insurance products
• Coordinate with investment managers, custodians and internal stakeholders to facilitate policy-related transactions
• Perform policy valuation reviews and ensure data integrity across operational systems
• Monitor policy performance, liquidity positions and underlying investment holdings
• Support risk and compliance monitoring through periodic reviews and control checks
• Prepare internal management reports and regulatory submissions with high accuracy
• Contribute to process improvement, documentation updates and operational projects

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Banking, Insurance, Business or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in insurance operations, investment operations, custody services or wealth operations
• Familiarity with investment-linked products, life insurance operations or wealth management processes
• Strong understanding of operational controls, regulatory requirements and documentation standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical, administrative and problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
