About the role
This temporary position supports hospital operations in the western region, focusing on patient experience and complaint management. It is designed for fresh graduates eager to start a career in healthcare administration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage patient complaints promptly to improve overall efficiency and experience.
- Provide recommendations to internal stakeholders and address feedback confidently.
- Establish regular communication channels to keep all parties informed during investigations.
- Gather comprehensive, relevant, and accurate information to minimise rework.
- Coordinate administrative work and family conferences between stakeholders and patients.
- Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with quality.
Required profile
- Minimum degree in healthcare or a relevant field.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,700.
- Four‑month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance.
