About the role
We are seeking a passionate Hospitality Sales Manager to join our dynamic commercial team. The ideal candidate thrives on targets, enjoys securing new business, and values building meaningful client relationships within the guest‑room and residential meeting segments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline for guest‑room and residential meeting offerings.
- Achieve and exceed defined revenue and occupancy targets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new corporate and leisure clients.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Required profile
- Proactive and resilient mindset with a strong commercial drive.
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality sales, specifically guest‑room and residential meeting sales.
- Target‑oriented attitude and ability to work under performance pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
