About the role

Join Marina Bay Sands' Transportation team and help create seamless, memorable journeys for our guests. As a Hospitality Transportation Associate you will support luxury mobility, valet services, airport meet‑and‑greet, and administrative functions, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate guest transfers, manage scheduling and dispatch, and maintain precise trip logs.
• Operate and maintain the limousine fleet, ensuring safety, comfort, and personalized service for VIP guests.
• Deliver premium valet experiences, handling vehicles with confidence and adhering to safety protocols.
• Serve as the first point of contact for airport meet‑and‑greet, welcoming guests and managing high‑touch transfers.
• Support budgeting, vendor management, and data‑driven decision making for transportation operations.

Required skills

• Experience with Limousine Integrated System.
• Familiarity with Queue System procedures.
