Host/Hostess – Front of House (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for friendly, confident, and service‑oriented Hosts and Hostesses to be the first smile our guests see at Mama Shelter. You will be the face of our vibrant hospitality brand, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth flow for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk‑ins, and seating arrangements.
• Provide accurate waiting times and maintain queue flow.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front‑of‑house and host station.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Well‑groomed and presentable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Prior food & beverage experience is a plus but not required.
