Hotel Guest Services Executive

About the role

The Hotel Guest Services Executive will lead the daily cleaning operations of guest rooms, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction. This junior‑level position reports directly to the Operations Manager and acts as the primary liaison for guest feedback and staff coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and delegate cleaning tasks to cleaners and team leaders, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Operate and train staff on hotel‑room cleaning equipment.
• Monitor and control the use of cleaning supplies to minimise waste.
• Provide daily updates to the Operations Manager and address guest complaints or feedback promptly.
• Inspect cleaned rooms to verify they meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in hotel room cleaning or a related hospitality role.
• Positive work attitude, strong work ethic, and physical fitness for tasks such as lifting up to 20 kg and working at heights.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and alternate between morning and afternoon shifts, including overtime when needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent communication in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software for paperwork and reporting.
