Housekeeping Attendant (Rooms)

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant (Rooms) ensures that all guest suites and assigned work areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, reflecting the historic luxury of Raffles Hotel Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and presentation of guest suites and work areas.
• Follow brand SOPs, local SOPs and LQA standards to deliver a consistent guest experience.
• Anticipate and discreetly respond to resident needs, recording preferences for future stays.
• Report and hand over lost‑and‑found items promptly to the housekeeping office.
• Keep pantry and housekeeping work areas organized and equipment clean and functional.
• Organise personal workflow to complete all duties within the shift.
• Adhere to Work Safety and Health policies and support CSR and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and hotel teams, attend meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Primary school education.
• Basic English written and spoken skills (ideal but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks and handle equipment.
• Flexibility to adapt to operational changes and work varied shifts.
