Housekeeping Team Member – Novotel Singapore

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the Housekeeping team at Novotel Singapore Robertson Quay. Multiple positions are available, and you will be placed in a role that matches your experience and expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies, and ensure inventory is accurately recorded.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily operational targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar cleaning role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
