HR Assistant – Contract (Singapore)

About the role

The HR Assistant will support a range of administrative and compliance functions for a fast‑growing organisation in Singapore. This entry‑level contract position offers exposure to regulatory processes, learning and development administration, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) registrations and renewals.
• Process SkillsFuture submissions and claims, preparing supporting documentation.
• Coordinate internship applications and liaise with local educational institutions.
• Track and maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) learning hours.
• Maintain accurate training records to meet Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation for compliance readiness and support internal/external audits.
• Handle training administration, logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Compile and standardise ASEAN Learning & Development documentation.
• Support the setup and administration of regional training request platforms (e.g., K Net, LMS).
• Assist in streamlining and automating selected L&D workflows.
• Perform L&D data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Provide ad‑hoc HR and administrative support as assigned.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or entry‑level candidate with strong organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using platform tools such as K Net.
