HR Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our HR team in Singapore. The role will involve handling payroll, work‑pass administration, recruitment support and various employee‑service tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and maintain attendance and leave records.
• Administer work permits and other work passes through MOM portals, including applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Handle WICA claims and coordinate documentation with insurers.
• Support recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening and interview coordination.
• Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents and maintain employee records.
• Assist with statutory submissions, monitor foreign worker levy, work‑pass quota and MOM compliance.
• Respond to general HR queries from employees.
• Track Coretrade and CSOC certification expiries, arrange renewals and register workers for training programmes.
• Administer leave, attendance, timesheets, overtime records and claims processing.
• Submit dormitory check‑in/check‑out forms, renewals, room movements and procure workers’ PPE.
• Support the HR Executive on ad‑hoc projects and reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior HR administration or internship experience is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with MOM portals (WP Online, EP Online).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with an HR information system, preferably Info‑Tech.
