HR Business Partner

About the role

Infosys Consulting, the worldwide management and IT consultancy unit of the Infosys Group, is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner in Singapore. The role advises line managers and employees on HR processes, supports payroll-related matters and keeps HR records and compliance up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support line managers and employees on HR processes in line with policy, industrial awards, agreements and legislation across the employee lifecycle.
• Respond promptly to stakeholder enquiries and liaise with payroll, managers and employees on timesheets and pay issues.
• Review and update position descriptions, manage probation reporting and NetSuite updates, and handle HR reporting as directed by the HR Manager.
• Monitor and update HR policies, create HR-related letters for employees and maintain employee HR profiles.
• Handle off-boarding, including completing tasks and notifying the wider team accurately.
• Collect and store residency and work-rights documents, monitor visa end dates, and coordinate visa nominations with an external immigration firm.
• Take part in HR activities, process improvement initiatives and HR integration projects, and keep data entry and systems processing accurate and timely.

Required profile

• Graduate in Human Resources.
• Excellent business partnering skills, with the ability to persuade and influence business leaders.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills; team player.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and a fast pace of work; highly motivated self-starter with a customer-service focus.
• High energy, positive, adaptable, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Candidates must be Singapore citizens.
