HR Business Partner - Private International School

About the role

A private international school in Singapore, certified by the French Ministry of Education and serving bilingual French-English students aged 2 to 18, is expanding its capacity to welcome 4,000 learners in 2025. It has retained Timeo-Performance to recruit two HR Business Partners who will act as change catalysts for key transformation projects. The school has around 200 staff and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive transformational programmes such as the digital transformation of the employee lifecycle (HCM implementation and user adoption), the teachers' professional development path, and personal data protection processes (Trustmark certification).
• Work closely with school leaders to lead recruitment for academic and non-academic staff.
• Design and implement onboarding programmes so new members have a smooth start.
• Act as a key point of contact for staff, guiding them through their employee journey.
• Lead school-wide initiatives on employee engagement, wellbeing and learning and development.

Required profile

• Seasoned HR professional with 10-15 years of generalist experience, ideally in the services industry.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, training and performance management.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and relationship-building skills.
