HR Business Partner – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our regional team in Singapore. You will act as the primary HR liaison for designated departments, delivering end‑to‑end HR services and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Regional HR Business Partner, overseeing talent management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, off‑boarding, HR policies and HRIS administration.
• Act as Employee Relations Liaison, handling employee concerns, grievances and conflict resolution in line with the organisation’s Code of Conduct.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data, generate reports and provide analytical insights.
• Own designated HR functions (learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment, policy management) and collaborate with global HR teams.
• Represent the region in global HR projects, contributing to the planning, implementation and optimisation of HR services.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Build external relationships with relevant agencies and HR service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a recognised HR qualification or partial qualification.
• Significant experience in an HR role covering process delivery, data quality, analytics, reporting and audits.
• Current knowledge of Singapore employment law and government compliance.
• Strong customer‑focus, professional behaviour and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management, communication and critical‑thinking skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across regional teams.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of HRIS platforms.
