HR Business Support Analyst (Payroll & Onboarding)

About the role

Infosys is hiring an HR Business Support Analyst (level Analyst, HR-Business Support) in Singapore on a contract basis. The role covers payroll administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee relations and day-to-day HR operations, working closely with the APAC HR Business Partner.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payroll systems and process the monthly payroll cycle while following all applicable legislation.
• Assist in compliance audits and ensure HR policies are followed.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Administer HR administrative operations and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, including complaints, disputes, policy enforcement and mediation.
• Manage the employee database and prepare reports as needed.
• Support special events such as meetings, recognition events, holiday parties and social activities.
• Support the annual HR cycle performance management process and Learning and Development planning and execution.
• Communicate HR topics to employees and coordinate ad hoc HR projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organisation Development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail, result-driven, collaborative and comfortable with hands-on administrative work with multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Payroll system (Papaya preferred).
