HR Data & Workforce Analytics Manager (1-year Temp)

About the role

The Manager, HR Data & Workforce Analytics will support workforce planning and HR analytics by managing HR data, reporting processes, and dashboards. You will work closely with HRD, management, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and enable informed workforce decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, analyse, and report workforce data and trends to support planning exercises.
• Maintain workforce statistics, management reports, and dashboards for manpower planning.
• Assist in data collation and analysis for establishment‑related projects.
• Track and document workforce transformation initiatives.
• Maintain HR databases, perform data cleaning, validation, and prepare datasets for dashboards.
• Respond to analytics and reporting requests from HRD and senior leaders.
• Support Workday deployment activities, including data preparation, validation, and quality reviews.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in data analytics, business analytics, HR analytics or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive HR data responsibly.
• Proficiency in preparing data for reporting and dashboard maintenance.
