HR Executive (1-year contract)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive on a 1‑year contract to support our client’s human resources functions in Singapore. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and compliance with work pass regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: source, interview, and select candidates.
• Create and update job descriptions, post ads on multiple platforms, and liaise with recruitment agencies.
• Maintain accurate employee personal files and ensure records are up‑to‑date.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and handle off‑boarding processes, including documentation.
• Oversee work pass applications, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
• Handle contract renewals and address stakeholder inquiries promptly.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract talent.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• High level of ethics, reliability, and organizational skills.
