HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will support BeeX in building a strong talent pipeline and developing HR systems, policies, and people frameworks. This role works closely with hiring managers, internal teams, and external partners, especially focusing on engineering and technical recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines, manage the ATS and conduct reference checks.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and organise career fairs, university engagements and recruitment events.
• Build relationships with universities, polytechnics, government agencies and industry partners, especially in China.
• Support daily HR operations such as employee records, onboarding, off‑boarding and preparation of HR documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin required.
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR is a plus.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital recruitment platforms.
• Ability to liaise with China‑based candidates, hiring stakeholders and partners in Mandarin.
