HR Executive – Learning & Development in Construction

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive to lead learning & development and HR administration for our construction workforce. The role involves managing foreign workers, ensuring compliance, and supporting day‑to‑day HR operations in our Singapore office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions for foreign construction workers.
• Register, renew and coordinate mandatory training and certification such as CoreTrade, CSOC and other courses.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, medical benefits (PCP) and respond to HR enquiries.
• Handle insurance renewals, Work Injury Compensation (WIC) and medical insurance claims.
• Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems.
• Process payroll, including daily‑rated wages, and ensure timely payment.
• Coordinate onboarding and repatriation of Work Permit holders.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least three years of HR administration experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MOM work pass processes and payroll administration.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
