HR Executive – Talent & HR Operations

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive to support Talent and HR Operations for a public‑service client in Singapore. The role is contract‑based and involves coordinating performance, talent, and board‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support performance management and National Day Award logistics, including emailer design, data collation, meeting coordination and preparation of promotion certificates.
• Assist talent management processes such as posting memos, training and overseas‑trip administration, and event logistics.
• Administer board appointment procedures, manage records, prepare documents for policy divisions and seek approvals.
• Collect and update job descriptions, maintain the job‑grading database, and keep intranet resources current.
• Provide general administrative support and undertake any other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma holder in Human Resources, Business, Business IT or related fields.
• Prior HR experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

What we offer

• Contract duration of 3 months, extendable up to 1 year based on performance.
• Competitive monthly salary of SGD 2,760‑3,590, commensurate with experience.
• On‑site work at Hill Street, Singapore, Monday‑Thursday 8:30‑18:00, Friday 8:30‑17:30.
