HR Executive (with Payroll)

About the role

The HR Executive will oversee comprehensive HR operations and manage the monthly payroll process for the organization. This role involves handling employee records, benefits, recruitment support, and ensuring compliance with Singapore statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, leave and attendance administration.
• Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of CPF, IR8A, SDL, FWL and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee information and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
• Handle employee queries relating to payroll, benefits, leave and HR policies.
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination and onboarding of new hires.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals and other MOM-related matters where required.
• Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, medical claims and other HR welfare matters.
• Support performance management, training and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support for audits and other HR projects.
