HR Graduate Programme – Entry Level

About the role

Join Recruit Express Services as an HR Graduate Trainee, a hybrid role that blends recruitment, business development, account management, and sales & marketing. You will work closely with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and managing expectations to drive successful hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Business Development: Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.
• Account Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.
• Talent Acquisition: Engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client needs.
• Candidate Management: Manage candidates’ job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
• Strong interest in marketing and/or business development scope.
• Applicants with a good track record in sports or other co‑curricular activities in school have an added advantage.
• Possess optimism, enthusiasm and passion for people.
