HR Intern

About the role

Haleon, a consumer health company, is offering one internship position in Singapore for an HR intern. The intern delivers talent and culture initiatives under the supervision of the HR Business Partner for Singapore, working with Workplace Services, HR Business Partners in other Southeast Asia and Taiwan markets, and culture and engagement leads. The preferred period is January to June 2027 (6 months) and the preferred course is an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business or a related discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organise and run inclusivity and engagement activities at Asia House, such as National Day, World Mental Health Day and the annual Year End Party
• Support the implementation of SEAT-wide talent and capability initiatives
• Design, organise and run intern engagement and employer brand initiatives

Required profile

• Undergraduate in Psychology, Business or a related discipline
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Awareness of and ability to work in culturally diverse teams
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and solve problems
• Performance drive and attention to detail

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Eye for design and layout, and photo/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Final Cut) preferred
