HR Manager – Generalist (Hybrid, Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead the end‑to‑end people function for a fast‑growing DTC business in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will operate in a hybrid setting, partnering closely with the founder and senior leadership to shape a robust HR agenda that supports rapid expansion across Asia‑Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding and talent development.
• Manage payroll processing, statutory passes, government submissions and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Drive employee engagement, culture‑building initiatives and handle employee relations matters.
• Provide strategic HR advisory to the leadership team, anticipating needs and delivering practical solutions.
• Maintain HR data integrity and generate regular HR metrics and surveys.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of hands‑on HR generalist experience, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and thrive amid ambiguity.
• Resilient, resourceful and proactive with strong judgment.
• Experience managing a headcount of around 70 employees is a plus.

Required skills

• BIPO HR platform proficiency.
