About the role

This part‑time, on‑site position in Singapore focuses on leading talent acquisition initiatives for a range of clients. You will design and execute comprehensive search strategies, consult closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and employers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition projects, from brief to placement.
• Develop and implement detailed executive search strategies.
• Consult with clients to capture hiring requirements and align expectations.
• Interview, assess, and shortlist candidates across senior levels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet client specifications.
• Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven expertise in interviewing, consulting, and client engagement.
• Experience in customer service with a focus on high‑quality client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Professional demeanor and supportive approach in all interactions.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
