HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function, partnering with business unit managers to meet staffing needs and drive employee engagement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business unit managers to assess staffing requirements and execute recruitment plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Guide hiring managers on candidate selection to ensure competency, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct new‑hire onboarding and orientation.
• Provide advice and support on employee performance issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and administration of benefits such as total rewards, insurance, and leave.
• Lead the annual performance appraisal cycle and track employee development, promotions, and career progression.
• Develop and review HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with local labour regulations.
• Manage employee exit processes, including exit interviews and clearance.
• Prepare and present regular HR reports for senior management.
• Support senior leadership in employee engagement initiatives and other ad‑hoc HR projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Familiarity with the local Labour Act and related regulations.
• Strong leadership, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
