HR Manager

About the role

Fuku, an AI solutions company, is looking for an HR Manager in Singapore. The role covers HR strategy, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and training, reporting to management with HR metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
• Manage recruitment and selection to hire qualified candidates.
• Bridge management and employees by handling demands, grievances and other issues.
• Support business needs by developing, engaging and motivating human capital.
• Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain the pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance across HR management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
• BS/MS degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy alongside leadership skills.
• Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
