HR Manager – Singapore

About the role

The HR Manager will partner with store leadership to ensure people processes are efficient and aligned with business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with store leaders to ensure critical people processes are effectively undertaken.
• Identify and mitigate people and organisational risks, acting as a trusted advisor to Area and Store Managers.
• Provide HR policy guidance and coaching across Vietnam and Singapore, collaborating with external consultants when needed.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, manage full‑cycle recruitment and support talent review processes.
• Drive employee engagement by analysing trends, proposing initiatives and communicating with leaders.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, ensure compliance with policies, manage health and safety and partner on regional HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience in a leadership role within a multinational environment.
• Retail industry background strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to assess HR implications of business priorities and work cross‑functionally.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for communication with China and SEA counterparts.
